Senior staff writer Teddy Bilodeau wore the Rammy costume and congratulated runners as they crossed the finish line.

Rampace Editor-in-Chief Elena Mach awards Margaret Campbell a medal for coming first out of all the women runners.

The Rampace course is a 3.2 mile run, some runners used Rammy as motivation to finish the race.

Students and parents crossing the finish line shared their thoughts with the Rampace. “I felt accomplished after finishing the race. I got to run with a bunch of my friends and support the journalism program, which was so worth it,” junior Kate Holland (far left) said.

The Rockville football team ran the race as a pack as a team bonding activity. The Runners began the race in high spirits.

Some participants brought their dogs to complete the race. Owners and their furry friends provided inspiration to other runners.

Juniors cross country runners Michael Carvajal, Joey Udovich, Dylan Kim, and Senior Howard Kirk dressed up as breakfast foods and linked arms to cross the finish line.

Varsity football offensive coordinator Jimmy Castro was one of the many football team’s coaches and players who ran the race. Castro pulled the whole team together to participate in this year’s Rampace.

Social studies and English department members along with assistant principal Elizabeth Sandall all dressed up as emojis as a group costume for Halloween.
