Senior Carson Tusing is staying positive despite a recent injury.
“I broke my leg recently, so I haven’t been able to golf that much, but I hope to get back to it as soon as possible,” Tusing said.
He’s very grateful for the medical staff and all the people who helped him along the way.
“We got really lucky with good nurses and good doctors the entire time, and they really took good care of me and made sure that I was going to heal up properly,” Tusing said.
Throughout his years of high school, Tusing has made many memories with friends and many others but some of his favorite times were going to football games. This year, his injury has put a stop to that pastime.
“My favorite memory from high school probably has to be just going to all the football games. They’ve been a super fun experience, you know, to just hang out with everyone before the games, and then during the games,” Tusing said.
